The Goodwin Project
Originally built in 1948, this home underwent a complete gut renovation that honored its original character while reimagining the space for modern living.
The layout was thoughtfully reworked to create better flow throughout the home, including opening up the kitchen and dining areas to make gathering and entertaining feel effortless. A massive island topped with a supersized slab now serves as the heart of the home, while a custom pantry solution maximizes storage without sacrificing space. In the primary bathroom, pencil tile detailing adds a subtle layer of craftsmanship and visual interest to the shower.
Designed with both present-day functionality and future plans in mind, the renovation also accounts for a planned addition down the road. The result is a move-in-ready home that blends historic charm with thoughtful, lasting design.
