CD Builders

CD Builders is a custom residential builder located in Birmingham, with a focus on home renovations. CD Builders was founded by Chris Dickson, for the purpose of providing an honest and enjoyable interaction with a contractor.

Following graduation from Auburn University with a degree in Building Science, Chris laid the groundwork for his career on the jobsite by getting hands on experience in construction details, scheduling, and management. After successfully completing many projects onsite, Chris transitioned into estimating to sharpen skills such as pricing, contract writing, and negotiating. He brings that experience and those skills to start CD Builders, a residential construction company geared toward providing the best experience to the homeowner. When working with CD Builders expect honesty, hard work, and commitment to quality.

Chris lives in Bluff Park with his wife and son, Mac. He enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, and time on the golf course.
